Shoptech and E2 manufacturing software appearing at a job shop and convention near you.
Following a little summer R and R, The E2 Shop System will be hitting the Fall 2013 promotional season harder than ever. In a three-month stretch starting in September, Shoptech, the leader in manufacturing software for job shops and contract manufacturers, will be participating in seven regional and national trades shows stretching coast to coast and border to border.
Shoptech and E2 continue its tradition of getting close to new customers and closer to current ones by attending these key industry gatherings that feature the tools, multi-tasking machines and other innovations that forge the future of manufacturing.
In addition to showcasing the E2 Shop System, Paul Ventura, vice president of marketing for Shoptech, views the shows as opportunities to strengthen connections with existing E2 customers. “Our existing customers are part of the critical collaboration that occurs at these industry gatherings. We feel the shows are as much about customer relations as it is attracting new business, ”said Ventura.
“It’s a great way to see current customers, find new ones, and see how E2 integrates with all the other hard goods and aspects of running a manufacturing operation or job shop. These are also good networking opportunities to build business and connections throughout the manufacturing food chain.”
The Shoptech ‘consultants,’ who staff the booths along with Shoptech sales and marketing staff, spend valuable time with customers to assure they get the most out of using The E2 Shop System. “Everyone uses it a little differently, so the consultants are there as a technical resource to assess customer needs and show them E2’s features, shortcuts, and tricks of the trade,” said Ventura.
“Participating in these shows and conferences reflects our commitment to a growing marketplace,” he said. “We learn a lot from them. They are very important to the future of E2 and our customers.”
